Nicola Holmes
Managing Director
During Nicola's life within Wettons, she has worked in a number of supporting departments including Health & Safety and Quality; achieving ISO accreditations. Nicola has undertaken a number of operational positions since joining the business in the late 1980’s and through her dedication and passion for achieving excellence achieved her current role as Managing Director in 1997.
Nicola has worked across all the different sectors that Wettons operates within but started her operational management career within the Hospitality sector with a portfolio comprising of 5* hotels and casinos requiring very high standards. Nicola has taken these exceptional standards throughout her career and looks for the same professionalism across the company portfolio.

Justin Baker
Executive Director
Justin qualified as an accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) working in their insolvency division and moved onto work within the Investment Banking sector with Merrill Lynch for a number of years before joining Wetton in June 2000.
Working within the Operations team, Justin has introduced a number of innovative processes and IT systems and continues to improve our service provision through the influences of Kaizen, collaborative working and market research.
As a qualified accountant, Justin has been working closely with the Business Development department providing a competitive financial solution, tailor made for each of our client’s needs and is the link between them and operations to ensures the company delivers upon its promises.

Jason Baker
Finance Director
Jason joined Wetton in 1997 as the Financial Director and has the responsibility for finance and commercial procurement. Jason plays an active role in both finance and operations, particularly in the mobilisation phase of new contracts.
He is responsible for ensuring sufficient resources are available for all new contracts to commence smoothly and for the necessary adjustments to comply with contract compliance. Jason has many years’ experience working in the cleaning industry and previously worked for a city based accountancy firm where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Clive Robinson
Operations Director - Regional
Clive started working in the cleaning industry in 1990. He excelled in the cleaning industry and with 2 years he had been promoted into a management role.
In 1996, Clive was TUPE transferred to Wetton, where he was soon promoted to Regional Director in charge of multiple contracts across the South Coast and effectively co-ordinated 4 local area managers.
In mid-2017 Clive was promoted to Operations Director and now overseas all of Wetton operations for all clients, in all areas. He has 5 Regional Directors reporting to him, together with all Contract Managers. Part of Clive’s role is to visit clients to ensure they are receiving the quality service that Wetton has built its reputation upon.

Eszter Musui
Operations Director - Regional
Eszter has been working in the cleaning industry since 2012. She started as a Cleaning Manager receiving recognition and rewards for her hard work and dedication while working within the Hotel Sector. She was promoted to Operations Manager in 2015 and undertook nationwide contracts with a variety of clients. She continued to progress her career in the following years, gaining experience within other sectors such as Housing, Offices and Education.
Eszter joined Wetton in 2021 as our Operations Director and supports our management teams covering our Hotels, Education and Housing contracts. Like Nicola our MD, Eszter has taken her 5-star hotel standards and applied them to our contracts.
Eszter is a hands on Operations Directors who you will find at our client sites, attending contract reviews, undertaking audits and meeting with her cleaning teams.
